Our printed collection operates on a made-to-order model. Unlike fast fashion, we do not hold inventory—every piece is created specifically for you the moment your order is placed.

Because of this custom nature, all sales are final. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges for sizing issues or a change of mind. We encourage you to review the size charts and contact me with any questions before purchasing.

Defects & Damages

We stand by the quality of the art. In the rare event that your piece arrives with a printing error or physical damage, we will make it right immediately.

  • How to resolve: Please email us at support@jessenianauta.com with a photo of the issue and your order number.

  • Timeframe: You must notify me within 24 hrs of delivery. Claims made after this window cannot be accepted.
