I'm Jessenia Nauta, a Senior Nuke Compositor available for remote (Intertionally + California + NY) as well as hybrid in-person opportunities in NYC. With 15+ years across features, episodics, and high-end commercials, I bring creative precision, technical depth, and a genuine human presence to every pipeline I join.

The 3D-Rooted Difference

I started in 2010 as a 3D artist in Modeling, Texturing, and Lighting at Framestore NYC. That foundation is rare for a compositor — and it shows in the work. My background in mural painting and 3D allows me to integrate elements into live-action plates with a painterly ease and a deep understanding of light and shadow that goes beyond the composite.

My preference is features and episodics — where the schedule allows for the kind of care and attention that makes the difference between a good shot and a great one. I'm open to commercials when the timeline is realistic and the collaboration is genuine.
